Invoice Extracted But Not Approved

Hello, I have a situation where an old invoice was somehow extracted from Concur but was not fully approved (before my time so not sure how it happened). The invoice has a "Pending Validation" approval state although it's long been paid and is now polluting our "Pending Accounting Review" dashboard metric. Does anyone have any experience or advice dealing with an extracted but not fully approved invoice? I know there are limitations around extracted invoices, but it would be nice to clear this from our dashboards. Thank you,David

Reporting from invoice for month-end accruals

HelloWe are on standard configuration for Expense, and in the process of launching Invoice.The way that our Invoice set up will be working is that we go through all of the invoice coding and approval in Concur then, once that is all complete, we run an extract file which posts into our accounting system (SAP).However, we also need to record in SAP at month-end ALL of the invoices that are currently in processing (ie. not yet approved). Does anyone know of a report that will extract (with account code, cost centre etc. detail) a report of invoices in processing so that we can book a month-end accrual in SAP. I haven't managed to find one so far, but can't believe that we are the only company wanting to do this.Thanks.

This question is in reference or to the CONCUR Travel users that are government contractors and have the government rates loaded on the hotel search functionality. our travelers relied on the perdiem hotel rates and M&I information that was listed on the hotel search. What happened to the page? is no longer there, the search now takes you strait to the results page. Is this a new change with the T2 version?
